Enter into a spacious living area that is encompassed by oversized windows that let the peaceful woods of Southeast Oklahoma relax you. The living room sofa faces the striking modern black metal fireplace with a large streaming TV over the mantel.(fireplaces are seasonal October- April) The fire is gas log with easy on/off switch located on the wall.

The kitchen area with sleek black granite countertops, has a gas burning stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee bar houses a 12 cup carafe machine (filters and coffee provided) as well as a K-cup machine (pods NOT provided). The cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, cookware and utensils for cooking/ eating. There is a dining table that seats 8 persons.

In the common area is the the laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer and a powder room are located for guests convenience. There are sliding patio doors to access the outside deck.
There are 2 bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Each bedroom has a king bed, bedside tables, a closet for storing personal items and a TV with "Streaming" capabilities. Each bedroom has sliding doors to access a sitting area deck. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom with a wet area for shower and soaking tub., double vanities and a privacy toilet area.
The loft area at the top of the stairs has a foosball table for inside entertainment. Sleeping accommodations in the loft consist of 2 sets of bunk bed (twin over full) There is NOT a TV in this area.

Outside on the back deck there are sofas for relaxing, a grill for cooking(propane provided) a hot tub, and a circle firepit with Adirondack seating.
