Indian Summer

Indian Summer is a 3-bedroom cabin located in Eagle Mountain East Development. Nestled in a wooded lot, you can enjoy the shade from the front porch or the back deck areas. Enter into the welcoming cabin to find sectional seating in front of a gas burning fireplace (seasonal October 15th-April 15th). The living area hosts a large HDTV with Direct TV channels (PPV not available) mounted above the fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with a double door refrigerator, glass cook top stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, cook ware, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed for cooking and dining. There is dining table seating for four as well as bar counter seating for three.

The master bedroom hosts a king bed, a closet for storage of personal items, an HDTV with Direct TV channels (PPV not available) and a private bathroom. The attached bath has double vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head.

The other two bedrooms also host king beds, closet and HDTV with Direct TV channels (PPV not available). There is a common bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided with futons that convert to double beds in two of the bedrooms.

The back deck area has a dining area and several seating areas on the upper level. On the lower level there is the gas cook grill (propane provided), the hot tub and outdoor games. Down the steps and into the wooded lot there is a circular fire pit with chair seating.

Eagle Mountain Development is located off North Lukfata Trail where you will find local eateries, and area attractions of winery and Escape Game. Go south down Hwy. 259 to find other area restaurants and local attractions.
