Broken Road

Located in the Pine Hill development, the Broken Road cabin has a pull through circle drive to accommodate several vehicles and/ or a trailer. A welcoming front porch has a set of rocking chairs where you can relax and enjoy the piney woods of Southeast Oklahoma. Enter into the common area of the kitchen and living area where there is everything you need for a restful get away.

The kitchen has stainless appliances of a 3-door refrigerator/freezer, a gas cooktop/oven, a dishwasher and microwave. The sink is a stainless single larger basin. Cabinets are stocked with cookware, bake ware, dinner ware and utensils for cooking and eating. Small appliances include a combination carafe/keurig coffee maker. (a starter of ground coffee and filters are provided. K-cups are not provided). A dining table for 6 sits nearby as well as 4 stools at the island.

The living area has a sofa and two armchairs in front of a rock façade hearth with gas burning fire logs. The TV is mounted on the hearth has capability for your personal channel subscriptions. An inconspicuous closet holds a full-size clothes washer and dryer for laundry convenience. There is a door to access the lower deck off of the living area.

The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, a dresser and a closet for storage of personal items, a chair and a Smart TV for your personal login of subscriptions. The attached bath has 2 separated his & her vanities, a soaking tub and an oversized shower with rain head. the toilet closet has a door for privacy.

Upstairs there is a large room that serves as a 2nd bedroom combination game room. There are 2 built-in queen beds, a gaming table with chairs, 2 arcade style games and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and a combination tub/shower. There is a door to access the upper deck where there is patio furniture seating in front of a Smart TV for your personal subscriptions. and a dining table that seats 6.

The downstairs back deck area has the hot tub, propane cook grill, a dining table that seats 6 and a seating area in front of a Smart TV for your personal subscriptions. For outdoor entertainment there is a set of Corn Hole boards and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows over an open fire. A EV charger is available with 15 amp, 30 amp and 50 amp capabilities.
