Where Are Your Cabins Located?
Our cabins are located just off US HWY 259 N in Hochatown, OK. Hochatown is an unincorporated community 12 miles North of Broken Bow, OK. All of our cabins ar 5 to 10 minutes away from Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown restaurants.
Are Your Cabins on the Lake or River?
Broken Bow Lake and Mountain Fork River are on property owned by the US. Government and controlled by the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers. There are no private owned cabins on the lake or directly below the lake on Mountain Fork River. Many of our properties are located in the Timber Creek Trails area and some are located on a small seasonal creek that feed the lake. Check amenities and maps for cabin locations.
What Is There To Do While In the Area?
The area offers many activities. We are located only minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and the Ouachita National Forest. To see a list of activities visit our website home page tab of things to do and also visit the McCurtain County Tourism Authority web site.
What Do We Need To Bring?
Our cabins come fully furnished. The only thing you need to bring is food, clothes and personal hygiene items. Please bring your salt, pepper and oils used for cooking. We do provide a starter coffee for electric drip coffee makers but you will need to bring your own creamers and sweeteners of choice. We provide fully furnished kitchens, including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, either charcoal or gas grills(check cabin amenities to see which the cabin has), towels and linens. We supply the gas for the gas grills. You will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for cabins that have charcoal grills. You may want to bring fire logs for help starting an outside fire at cabins with outside fire rings (see specific cabin amenities).
What Are the Cost to Rent a Cabin?
Cabin rental cost vary by size and seasonality. Typically our cabins cost between $150.00 to $1000.00 per night. See policies for more detailed information on cost. We do not charge additional reservation fees or cleaning fees to standard pricing for two or more night stays.
Are 1 Night Stays Available?
Occasionally we have one night available if a date is available between two reservations. This is available for 1 bedroom cabins only. The pricing shown will be based on a two or more night stay. A one night stay will incur an additional cost. Call us at 580-306-2282 for more information. During periods of peak season we may not be able to accommodate one night stays.
Can We Check In Early?
We cannot allow early checking since our cleaning staff will be preparing the cabins for your arrival. Check in time is at or anytime after 4:00 PM for cabins. In order to have the proper amount of time to clean the cabin these times must be firm. Please plan your arrival before 10:00 P.M. We may not be answering phones after 10:00 P.M. and will not be able to assist you if needed.
What Time is Check-Out?
Check out is no later than 11:00 A.M. of your scheduled day of departure.
What is the Driving Distance to Broken Bow?

- 255 miles from downtown Oklahoma City, OK (4 hours driving time)
- 215 miles from downtown Tulsa, OK (3.5 hours driving time)
- 156 miles from downtown Shreveport, LA ( 3 hour drive)
- 151 miles from downtown Tyler, TX (3 hour drive)
- 138 miles from downtown Longview, TX ( 2.5 hour drive)
Are There Physical Addresses for the Cabins?
NO. There are no physical addresses for the cabins in the area. We are currently undergoing a 911 mapping process but it is not available yet. DO NOT USE GPS TO FIND YOUR CABINS, IT WILL NOT WORK. PLEASE PRINT AND BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION SHEET WITH YOU. The confirmation sheet will provide you with detailed driving directions as well as information to get into your cabin. Please print your confirmation sheet as it contains detailed driving directions and cabin access codes. Do not rely on local cell phone providors to download your emails to your electronic devises once you are in the area.
How Do We Check In?
There is no central check in facility. Just bring your directions and use the key codes to access key boxes or the doors directly. When you leave please put the key back into the key box . If you need help while you are staying with us please call our number listed on your confirmation sheet.
The amenities for each cabin is listed on the amenities section of the website page for each cabin respectively. Each cabin may have items that are for the owners personal use. If the item is not listed on the amenities then they are not supplied for the cabin. Please do note that the cabins do not stock hair dryers as part of the cabin. Please make plans to bring your own hair dryers.
