Hook, Wine & Sinker-5 Bedroom, Game Loft, Accommodates up to 18 Guests, Wi-Fi, Pet Friendly, Hot Tub

Hook, Wine & Sinker is a 2-story 5-bedroom custom build completed in the summer of 2018.  With a circular driveway there is plenty of room for all of your guests to park and relax during a visit to the Broken Bow Lake area.

Located in the Eagle Mountain West development, Hook, Wine and Sinker has a spacious living area with two sofas in front of a rock hearth fireplace (seasonal October 15th – April 15th).   Above the hearth is a flat screen HDTV. The kitchen area has beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator, glass-top cook stove with electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave.  The cabinets are stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware, eating utensils, and cooking utensils. There is an automatic electric drip coffee pot.  Dining table with bench seating that will seat up to 12.  Additional seating on stools for 4 is provided at the island counter.

There is a half-bath located off the kitchen.  The laundry closet with full size washer and dryer is located off the kitchen also.

Down the hall of the 1st floor is a Master bedroom suite. The king size bed is wrapped in luxurious linens. A flat screen HDTV is mounted on the wall for private viewing.  This bedroom has a closet for storage of personal items.  The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding barn door.  Within the bath space there is an oversized tiled shower, and double vanities.

Up the flight of stairs is the game loft and four other bedrooms.  The loft area has a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper.  There is a shuffleboard table to provide hours of entertainment.    Bedroom number 2 has a king-size bed and flat screen HDTV.  This bedroom has a door to a bath with tub/shower combo that is shared with the common area.  Bedroom number 3 has a king size bed and flat screen HDTV.  This bedroom has a door to a 2nd bath with tub/shower combo that is also shared with the common area.  Bedroom number 4 is a bunk room with 4 built-in twin-size beds and a flatscreen HDTV.  The 5th bedroom is a spacious Master suite with king sized bed, flat screen HDTV and a closet for storage of personal items.  The attached Master suite bath has an oversized shower and double vanities.   An additional sleeping area with two full size platform beds is located up a spiral staircase in the game loft.

The outdoor area of Hook, Wine & Sinker has accommodation to provide hours of relaxation while enjoying nature.  The covered deck has a seating area in front of a gas burning fireplace (seasonal October 15th – April 15th).  There is a dining table with seating for 6, a gas cook grill (propane provided) and a 6-person hot tub (our hot tubs are drained and sanitized after each guest reservation).   On the gravel yard there is a circular fire pit for wood burning fires where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy the night sky.

Hook, Wine & Sinker is located minutes from Timber Creek Trail Merchant area where you can find Hochatown Distilling Co Gift Shop, Shuck Me Seafood Restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, Mountain Fork Brewery and Pizza plus their gift shop, Hochatown Escape Game, Tea & Jewelry and Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop.  You are approximately 3 miles North of Broken Bow Lake and Marina, Beaver’s Bend State Park and other Hochatown restaurants and local attractions.
